 A fun part of the tour was our day at "school" learning the finer points about Thai Food and Chiang Mai culture.

Soon after arrival we were taken for a short walk to the local markets, to see the ingredients first hand and receive an education about them at the same time.

Upon return to school, we set about preparing and cooking our own magnificient (mostly ...depending on the person) Thai dishes.

To finish off a wonderful day, we were able to relax and enjoy the results of our efforts.
