RECITALS:

1. Golferholics maintains a web site called www.golferholics.com. www.golferholics.com is a worldwide golf information and ratings website.
2. You are a Golf Club.

DEFINITIONS:

"Rating" means the ratings given to Your Golf Club and Golf Course by Us.

"Website" means www.golferholics.com and associated web pages and browsers, owned and/or controlled by Us.

1. You agree to Us or Our Golferholics Ambassadors randomly rating your Golf Club and Golf Course.
2. You agree to Golferholics.Com publishing Your Rating results, data and information on Our Website.
3. For Us to rate Your club, You agree to provide (at no cost to us or our raters), a representative of Yours to show Us your Golf Club’s facilities (an English speaking person would be appreciated. Please allow approximately 45 minutes);
4. For Us to rate Your club, You agree to provide (at no cost to us or our raters), a motorized golf cart for TWO (2) Golferholics raters to survey and play at the nominated golf course;
5. For Us to rate Your club, You agree to provide (at no cost to us or our raters), if caddies are part of the club’s playing requirement, you agree to provide ONE caddie (at no cost to Us or Our raters). We will be responsible for the caddie’s tip.
6. You agree to Golferholics.Com publishing the Ratings results on the Website.
7. Golf Clubs will be rated by Golferholics.Com a maximum once a year.
8. You agree that from time to time We may rate Your club in our absolute discretion having regard to Our criteria. You expressively agree that you will not raise any objection to Our rating or Our publishing of it.
