  2. You wish to be a member of our Website.

DEFINITIONS:

"Information" means all of the material and information on the Website.

"Website" means  www.golferholics.com, www.golferholics.com/golf property and associated web pages and browsers, owned and/or controlled by Us.

 

  1. We have absolute discretion about the manner in which the Information is displayed or presented on the Website.
  2. The use of the Information by you shall be limited to your own personal use.
  3. You shall not on-sell or distribute the Information for reward to any other party or person. You will not produce any hard copy incorporating the Information for commercial use without written permission from Us.

Golferholics.com Pty Ltd is "Us", "We", "Our", "Ours", "Golferholics"

RECITALS:

  1. Golferholics maintains a web site called www.golferholics.com. www.golferholics.com is a worldwide golf information and ratings website.
  2. You are a Golf Club.
  3. You wish to use our web site to list your club’s information.

DEFINITIONS:

"Annual Listing Fee" means the amount indicated in the Golf Club Submission Form, payable by You to Us.

"Information" means the information on the Golf Club Submission Form.

"Website" means www.golferholics.com and associated web pages and browsers, owned and/or controlled by Us. 

  1. Upon payment of the Annual Listing Fee you may list your Information on the web site for a period of Twelve (12) months.
  2. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your Information.
  3. You agree for Us to list Your Information on the Website.
  4. We have absolute discretion about the manner in which the Information is displayed or presented on the Website.
  5. You are required to notify us of any changes to Your Information and are required to update Your Information by logging in and updating on the Website as soon as practicable after the changes occur.
  6. You agree to pay the Annual Listing Fee on submission of the Golf Club Submission Form, valid for twelve (12) months from the date of payment.
  7. We grant you a license to reproduce the contents of the Website (Data) in your web browser (and in any cache files produced by your web browser) for the sole purpose of viewing the content.
  8. The use of the Data by you shall be limited to your own personal use or to use in the ordinary course of your business.
  9. You shall not on-sell or distribute the Data for reward to any other party or person. You will not produce any hard copy incorporating the Data for commercial use without written permission from Us.
  10. You agree that this license does not confer on you any rights of ownership in any Data or  other information.

Golf Club is "You", "Your", "Yours"

Golferholics.com Pty Ltd is "Us", "We", "Our", "Ours", "Golferholics"

RECITALS:

  1. Golferholics maintains a web site called www.golferholics.com. www.golferholics.com is a worldwide golf information and ratings website.
  2. You are a Golf Club.

DEFINITIONS:

"Rating" means the ratings given to Your Golf Club and Golf Course by Us.

"Website" means www.golferholics.com and associated web pages and browsers, owned and/or controlled by Us.

  1. You agree to Us or Our Golferholics Ambassadors randomly rating your Golf Club and Golf Course.
  2. You agree to Golferholics.Com publishing Your Rating results, data and information on Our Website.
  3. For Us to rate Your club, You agree to provide (at no cost to us or our raters), a representative of Yours to show Us your Golf Club’s facilities (an English speaking person would be appreciated. Please allow approximately 45 minutes);
  4. For Us to rate Your club, You agree to provide (at no cost to us or our raters), a motorized golf cart for TWO (2) Golferholics raters to survey and play at the nominated golf course;
  5. For Us to rate Your club, You agree to provide (at no cost to us or our raters), if caddies are part of the club’s playing requirement, you agree to provide ONE caddie (at no cost to Us or Our raters). We will be responsible for the caddie’s tip.
  6. You agree to Golferholics.Com publishing the Ratings results on the Website.
  7. Golf Clubs will be rated by Golferholics.Com a maximum once a year.
  8. You agree that from time to time We may rate Your club in our absolute discretion having regard to Our criteria. You expressively agree that you will not raise any objection to Our rating or Our publishing of it.

Golf Supplier

 Golf Club is "You", "Your", "Yours".

RECITALS:

  1. Golferholics maintains a web site called www.golferholics.com. www.golferholics.com is a worldwide golf information and ratings web site.
  2. You are a supplier of golf products and services.
  3. You wish to use our web site to list your businesses information.

DEFINITIONS:

"Annual Listing Fee" means the amount indicated in the Golf Supplier Submission Form, payable by You to Us.

"Information means the information on the Golf Supplier Submission Form.

"Website" means www.golferholics.com and associated web pages and browsers, owned and/or controlled by Us.

  3. You are a supplier of Golf Products and / or Golf Services.

DEFINITIONS:

"Rating" means the ratings given to Your Golf Products and/or Golf Services by Us or raters appointed by Us

"Website" means www.golferholics.com and associated web pages and browsers, owned and/or controlled by Us. 

  1. You agree to Us randomly rating Your Golf Products and/or Golf Services.
  2. You agree to Golferholics.Com publishing Your Rating results, data and information on Our Website.
  3. For Us to rate Your Golf Products and/or Golf Services, You agree to provide (at no cost to us or our raters) a sample of your Golf Products and / or Golf Services.
  4. You agree to Golferholics.Com publishing the Ratings results on the Website.
  5. You agree that from time to time we may rate Your Golf Products and/or Services in our absolute discretion having regard to our criteria. You expressly agree that you will not raise any objection to our rating or Our publishing of it.
